Please take a moment to read my policies below — booking with me means you agree to everything listed 🫶 Booking Hours Appointments are available at: 8am, 10am, 12pm, 2pm & 4pm ✨ Saturdays & Sundays available Deposits A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. No deposit = no appointment. Accepted via Cash App, Venmo, or Cash 💸 Cancellations / No-Shows • Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. • Same-day cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows will be charged 50% of your service. • No-shows will result in no future bookings. Late Policy • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee applies. • 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being canceled. • Same-day cancellations still require 50% payment. Refund Policy • I do not offer refunds. • If there is an issue, please contact me within 48 hours so I can fix it. ( will fix for free within first 5 days after that there will be a fee) Fill Policy • After 3 fills, a soak-off is required to maintain nail health. No exceptions 🫶 Salon Rules (please respect 🫶) • Please arrive with bare nails. I can remove other nail techs’ work for an additional fee. • Children are allowed only if necessary and must be discussed before booking. • First-time clients: no guests, so I can get to know you. Cancellation Policy
